99 Tasks Privacy Policy

Summary
99 Tasks for Mac and iOS is designed as a private, local-first task app. 99 Tasks does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data with STAGSTER Labs LLP.
- No 99 Tasks account is required.
- No analytics or tracking is used.
- No third-party advertising SDKs are integrated.
- No custom backend is used for task data.
Local Storage
Tasks, completion status, categories, reminder dates, recurring task settings, and local preferences are stored on the user’s device using Apple-provided storage APIs.
Optional iCloud Sync
If the user enables iCloud sync, task data may be synced between the user’s Apple devices through Apple iCloud/CloudKit. iCloud is managed by Apple and tied to the user’s Apple account.
STAGSTER Labs LLP does not have access to user data stored in the user’s private iCloud account.
Notifications
99 Tasks may schedule local notifications for reminders selected by the user. These notifications are generated on-device. Notification delivery depends on Apple system settings, Focus modes, and permissions.
Data Collection
99 Tasks does not intentionally collect personal data for analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking.
